The 5-month online training course introduces practical and sustainable farming methods with a strong focus on applied knowledge, innovation, and community impact. Participants will learn how to implement water-efficient vegetable cultivation through the Wicking Bed system, gain practical farming skills, explore food processing techniques, and receive guidance on entrepreneurship and scalable growth.
The sessions are led by a diverse team of experts from Global Food Garden, including engineers, sustainability strategists, agricultural specialists, business innovators, and foundations trainers. Each organisation participates as a team and receives mentoring throughout the course to directly apply the learnings in their context.
